Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.Treasury Management & Payment Solutions

  • Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking.
  • Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending.Consults with project managers and project teams to establish appropriate implementation strategy, methods and plans for strategic initiatives that impact multiple or organization-wide systems, workflows or products with high risk. Develops complex business requirements to meet implementation strategy. Designs communication and training plans , including identifying the appropriate learning process and timing. Manages implementation resources and budgets, works with project teams and users to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines. Identifies best practices and creates new workflows and/or procedures.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications
    • 2+ years of implementation experience
    • 3+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of bothDesired Qualifications
      • 3+ years of treasury services experience
      • 3+ years of financial services experience
      • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
      • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
      • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
      • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
      • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
      • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environmentOther Desired Qualifications
        • Treasury Management Client Onboarding experience
        • Minimum of 2 + years Treasury Services Implementation
        • Strong organizational skills
        • Strong leadership skills with ability to negotiate and influence
        • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to quickly build relationships/partnerships
        • Proven success in problem analysis and resolution
        • Proven ability to lead conference calls
        • Ability to identify obstacles and independently escalate issuesDisclaimer
