If so, our client is hiring a Finance Assistant Specialist!What You'll Do:

• Responsible for assisting the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts.
• Responsibilities include financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments for this channel of Foodservice.
• Assist in all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts.
• Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines.
• Assist year-end accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups Manage customer data integrity issues.
• Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments.
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives
• Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Financial tracking and accounting of contractual What You Bring:
  • Should have relevant accounting and financial experience.
  • Experience with financial tracking, accounting, and contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts.
  • Expertise with managing compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, ability to understand financial data.
