Frank Myers Auto Maxx is a privately owned used car dealership in Winston-Salem, NC looking to add another Special Finance manager to our Team. If you have experience as a Special Finance Manager and have a successful track record, we want to talk to you!Responsibilities:Obtain and offer vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended service contracts.Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals with proper documentation to obtain quick funding.Package client paperwork properly and mail to lenders for funding.Work directly with our Sales Pros, Finance Director, lenders and customers to develop relationships and help connect the sales process.Set an example of professionalism through daily actions and appearance.Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.Motivate, train, and support the sales staff to achieve growth and hit sales targets.Forecast inventory needs.Create a positive working environment to promote employee morale.Qualifications:Must have a minimum of 2 years successful automotive sales management experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets, preferredMust be able to desk deals.Must be able to maintain robust customer service and follow-up skills.Must be able to manage, mentor and coach Team Members with excellent people skillsMust have competent computer and phone skills.Must have knowledge of automotive systems like Dealer Track, Promax, Tecobi, ADP, and other automotive technology systems.Benefits:5-Day Work Week averaging 45-Hours/WeekCompetitive Pay & Aggressive Bonuses For Excellent PerformanceRapid Advancement OpportunityPaid Tenure BonusesPaid VacationsEmployee Purchase and Service DiscountsDental, Vision, Life Insurance AvailableIf you fit these qualifications and want to discuss this opportunity, send us a resume ASAP!
