Growing company in the South Charlotte area is looking for an Accounting Assistant Looking for someone with a year or two experience in accounting that uses quickbooks and works with Account receivable invoicing customers and accounts payable for vendors. Personality traits: 1) very high integrity 2) good organization 3) attention to detail 4) good communicator ? speaking as well as writing 5) positive attitude 6) college graduate Here are some responsibilities: 1) working directly for the CFO 2) using QuickBooks general ledger 3) invoicing customers in QuickBooks and collecting on their accounts 4) working with vendors and recording accounts payable items 5) running QuickBooks reports and preparing excel spreadsheets 6) charging customer credit cards 7) assisting with ticket inventory system This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with this rapidly expanding company.
