us! This job is responsible for leading and executing on internal
control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of
Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key
responsibilities include executing LOB or ECF processes and tools
to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations
include supporting the implementation of quality assurance and
quality control processes within the LOB or ECF through ongoing
monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control
improvements for remediation, and building out actions plans and
milestones. Global Technology Regulatory and Exam Management
function supporting Global Technology (GT) is seeking a
self-starter who is motivated, passionate, thrives in a fast-paced
culture, balances priorities, drives delivery, flawless execution,
and enjoys team successes. This role provides opportunity to work
across multiple lines of business in Global Technology and exposure
with executive level leadership. Responsible for leading
coordination of complex technical regulatory reviews to ensure
preparation and readiness of regulatory responses. Applies
technical knowledge to understand and address regulatory questions,
coordinate appropriate responses from technical subject matter
experts, manage regulatory flow and timeline from start of
regulatory exam through to completion. Work closely with subject
matter experts, and business partners to analyze regulatory
questions, understand and review technical evidence returned,
ensure complete and accurate regulatory responses, and execute to
drive to appropriate disposition. Interfaces with all levels of
organization to ensure appropriate management involvement,
awareness and understanding of risk, regulatory requirements, and
impacts. Responsibilities: Leads the assessment of the design and
effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client
Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide
standards Performs monitoring and testing of controls, identifying
issues and control improvements for remediation Leads the
implementation of optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance
(QA) practices to support business continuity efforts Manages the
performance and productivity of team members that conduct quality
inspection reviews Ensures timely execution of QA activities
including control execution, case management, and results reporting
Manages and reviews all operations front line unit responses for
regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and
inspection reviews Ensures accuracy of data and that relevant
information is captured for inspection metrics to support
governance for dashboard reporting Required Qualifications: 8 years
of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, legal or compliance
experience within a financial services or technology organization
Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities
of aligning stakeholders, building consensus, and resolving
conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to
influence peers/stakeholders Strong program/project management
Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in
a global and fast paced environment Leads coordination of materials
across multiple stakeholders and proactively escalates Ability to
communicate in a clear and concise manner, influencing the opinions
and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust Detail
oriented with an ability to review documentation for accuracy and
report on the status of regulatory reviews Desired Qualifications:
IT degree or substantially equivalent experience Experience in
banking technology Any Risk or Audit certification (CISA, CISSP)
