following job description: The Strategic Initiative Program Manager
leads initiatives that deliver the Consumer Lending organization’s
strategy. Drives strategies and programs that require cross partner
collaboration, ensuring holistic implementation. Enables
capabilities to deliver holistic client relationships with Truist,
business growth, and synergies across lending. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities 1. Leads and drives strategic initiative(s):
Cultivates and implements strategy designed to deliver solutions
supporting and achieving Truist mission and strategic objectives 2.
Conceptualizes ideas and associated benefits; translates ideas into
initiative(s) with specifications and functional requirements
(supported by research and development) 3. Delivers solutions with
business case development and approval, sourcing and financial
approval processes, Risk model engagement, business and technical
functional requirements. 4. Interfaces across levels of the
organization to design, present, champion and implement. 5. Lead
change, influence leadership, educate and drive initiatives through
multiple channels and levels of teammates/leaders 6. Serves as a
key contact by providing thought leadership to all levels of
organization, partners and execution teams to ideate and develop
solutions to achieve strategic objectives. 7. Communicates success
to senior leadership and others with concise communication style to
enhance and manage alignment of strategy intent to optimization. 8.
Project and Program Management, leading execution teams to ensure
strategic programs have a long term sustainable path to deployment
and post deployment 9. Engages, partners and collaborates across a
highly matrixed set of internal cross functional partners,
stakeholders, and business partners that are often within a
different reporting line of business. 10. Ensures effective
Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, change management, Sourcing, Risk
and quality management Qualifications Required Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial industry education or
related training. 2. 8 years of experience in lending and/or
financial services. 3. Exhibits outstanding presentation skills;
both verbal and in presentation material(s) creation. 4. Experience
in program and project management 5. Innovative mindset, strategic
thinker with team experience, analytical aptitude, strong
organizational and problem-solving skills with distinct ability to
gain and use insights to ideate, develop and drive strategic
projects. 6. Demonstrates executive presence and leadership
capabilities to gain consensus and collective decision from Sr.
Leadership, disparate and cross function teams in time sensitive
situations. 7. Develops strong relationships Preferred
Qualifications: 1. Knowledge of banking industry and innovation
trends. 2. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP and/or PgMP or
similar process improvement, facilitation, and project management
methodologies 3. Experience with industry technology and platforms
4. Working knowledge and understanding of Value Stream
Planning/Agile Delivery Strategies. 5. Experience in management;
leading teammates/leaders directly. General Description of
