Responsible for all aspects of operational and collateral
compliance for Working Capital Operations such as onboarding of new
clients, collateral analysis, and direct client contact. Analysis
may include, but is not limited to, analyzing Borrowing Base
Certificates (BBC) and supporting documentation, calculation of
ineligibles, and analyzing client’s inventory and receivables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the
essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed,
both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific
activities may change from time to time. 1. Responsible for review
of client borrowing base collateral and related backup, and
identifying customer balancing issues to ensure compliance and
conformity within the portfolio. Includes accurately inputting into
collateral tracking/management systems with a high degree of
accuracy 2. Ensure proper and consistent collateral reporting is
provided across assigned portfolio. Provide thoughtful analytics
that factor in key collateral trends and communicate to the
appropriate stakeholders. 3. Onboards and provides continuous
support to clients. 4. Coordinate/communicate with Structuring,
Asset Management and Client Experience Teams to ensure an efficient
and smooth closing process for both new loans and existing
portfolio accounts. 5. Collaborate with clients and Account
Officers to address collateral related inquiries, provide guidance
on reporting procedures, and ensure timely submission of required
information. 6. Serve as a single point of contact for Account
Officers and other stakeholders for communication of operations and
administrative issues. 7. Prepare detailed collateral review
reports, including trend analysis and insights into the borrower's
financial status. 8. Supports moderate complexity borrowing base
setups across the Working Capital portfolio. 9. Review loan
documentation and perform audit after loan closing. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are

combination of education and relevant work experience. 2. Preferred

record of accuracy 5. Strong organizational skills with ability to
multitask and prioritize deadlines 6. Strong Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with
ABLM.NET (Stucky), Asset Reader, Monarch and AFS Vision preferred
