opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of
contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong customer
relationships Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints,
and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
Process orders from key accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely
delivery Coordinate with leadership, demand processing, pricing,
production, logistics, transportation, sales, and other departments
to fulfill customer requirements Provide regular updates to key
accounts regarding order status, product availability, and any
changes that may affect their orders. Communicate proactively to
manage customer expectations Identify and resolve potential issues,
working with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer
needs Prepare and present regular reports on key account
activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to
management Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify
opportunities for improvement in products, services, and processes.
Work with relevant departments to implement improvements Develop an
understanding of key accounts' businesses, their expectations,
needs, and how our products and services can best support their
goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions
with key accounts, including inquiries, orders, and resolutions
using various systems and software applications, including customer
portals Maintain proficiency in basic product nomenclature Your
Qualifications Minimum: Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or
a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu
of a degree Three (3) years Customer Service experience in an
industrial product distribution or manufacturing environment Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving
and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work independently and
as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and supply
chain processes is a plus. Proficiency in ERP software and
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Poweroint), with the
ability to read and analyze reports External applicants must be
authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other
sponsorship Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Five (5) or more years
Customer Service experience in an industrial product distribution
or manufacturing environment Proficiency in SAP ERP software
Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Console software Our
