customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join
our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our
ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed

member of our team. Flexible Hours: Looking specifically for
someone to work from 8:30am - 1pm or from 2pm - 5pm
Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the
phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage
appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in
handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Outbound calling to prospects to pivot to new products. Participate
in office games/promotions. Engage in conversations with
prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to
offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and
follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various
administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications: Previous
experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus,
but not required. Detail oriented and organized. Communication and
interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer
skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
