Full-time Administrative and Marketing Assistant - For a growing real estate firm, we are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Administrative and Marketing person. The right candidate is proficient in social media, CRM systems, G Suite, responding to emails and completing data entry projects. This is a hybrid position of marketing, admin and client relations. Client happiness is top priority, because without them we have no business The job will be very fluid and dynamic. Anticipate 60% of your time to be spent on the real estate admin portion and 40% to be spent on growing social media, email lists and marketing but many days will be different. Most work will be done during business hours, but this is a full time salaried position. There won't be a clock to punch but you should be available during business hours and an occasional evening or weekend if a contract has to go out, posts need to be commented on etc. Below is the majority but not all of the activities. Manage the entire contract to close process. Create a wow experience for all of our current clients. This includes scheduling inspections, appraisals, utility transfer, and all client communication communication with attorneys and lenders. General administrative duties such as entering clients into CRM, getting electronic signatures, coordinating schedules, scheduling appointments, etc. Regularly touch base with past clients by reaching out via phone email and text messages. Document all client interactions in CRM so we can serve them better Help coordinate Jeff's schedule and manage email inbox When needed coordinate showing agents to assist clients Maintain a database of all current, past, and potential clients with appropriate tags and groups Manage and grow all aspects of our Winston Salem and Greensboro social media, and website content. Work with VA's or other freelancers for short form real estate content Create at least 1 blog post per week in appropriate categories for our Winston Salem and Greensboro sites. Coordinate free lancers when needed. Interact with followers daily on social media comment on other posts etc. to grow following. Produce quality content Post at least once per day on Instagram and Facebook. Respond to all comments. Create and send weekly newsletter from our template and distribute to email subscribers and past client databases You will need to learn MailChimp for this. Help create or outsource, workflows and guides in MailChimp for auto email sequences (new to NC, new homeowner etc)Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits: Paid time offSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission payExperience: Marketing: 1 year (Required) Administrative: 1 year (Required) Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Winston-Salem, NC 27101
