Job Description:
Aramark is currently seeking a diligent General Maintenance I to
join our Facilities & Maintenance team in providing exceptional
service and upkeep at our client sites. The ideal candidate will
perform routine and comprehensive preventative maintenance of
facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for both
clients and staff. This role is pivotal in maintaining the
operational integrity of Aramark’s serviced properties through a
range of tasks including repairs, cleaning, and basic technical
support. Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout
the facility Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to
ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order Respond
to service requests and emergencies as they arise Keep detailed
records of activities and completed work Collaborate with facility
management to implement upgrades and improvements Ensure compliance
with all safety and health regulations Working knowledge of tools,
common appliances, and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving
skills Good physical condition and strength Basic understanding of
electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems OSHA Safety Training
Certification preferred HVAC, Electrician, or Plumbing
certification is a plus
