currently searching for an experienced General Superintendent for
our Central Division. We are a heavy civil contractor working in
the commercial site work, public infrastructure and asphalt markets
in North Carolina. The General Superintendent is responsible for
the efficient operations and effective coordination of all
personnel, crews and equipment for his/her team. Additional
Qualifications/Responsibilities The successful candidate will have
a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing public roadway projects
and grading operations. Experience with self-perform excavation,
storm drain and paving is required. Fred Smith Company offers
