Responsible for providing a warm, safe and nurturing learning experience for the children at the childcare center while communicating the goals, guidelines and standards of the center. AA/AAS degree in Early Childhood or related field as defined by DHHS Division of Child Development Workforce Education unit required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred. Early Childhood or related field as defined by DHHS Division of Child Development Workforce Unit preferred.Experience:Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience in a child care center, or years of experience working with children up to 12 years of age required.Licensure/Certification:NC Credentials EDU 119 or the equivalency defined by regulatory compliance Division of Child Development Workforce Unit required.BSAC for school age children/summer camp.
