Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A Special Education Teacher position is available to
support students in an elementary school setting, focusing on case
management within a specialized program. This role involves working
directly with young learners in a structured environment designed
to enhance behavior, academics, and social-emotional skills.
Location: - Lexington, NC (on-site) Role Highlights: - Serve as a
Special Education classroom case manager for the BASE Program
(Behavior, Academics, and Social-Emotional Skills) - Manage a
caseload of seven students from kindergarten through 5th grade -
Collaborate with two instructional assistants to deliver tailored
education and support - Adapt lessons and schedules to meet the
needs of students, including three on modified days and one
homebound student - Full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications and Experience: - Proven experience as a Special
Education classroom case manager - Strong understanding of
individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management
strategies - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills to
manage student progress and collaborate with staff and families
