WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN Adobe Analytics-Launch Implementation Engineer

SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Marketing - Activation (New categories)
As a Senior Manager of Digital Analytics & Implementation you will be key in ensuring that our measurement plan for digital campaigns and optimization projects is driving meaningful change to the user experience by optimizing towards what counts. You will be responsible for providing technical development and implementation of Adobe Analytics tracking.
You will own the measurement methodology for our digital touchpoints to impact the work of all digital teams at Reynolds. Connecting the dots between teams, driving clarity, and re-imagining what is possible are key factors of success. You will also be the central driver of an increased focus for self-serve analytics. Here you--ll drive other digital teams to impact more decisions by living and breathing the digital data and insights that they can demonstrate through our digital analytics tool set.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to understand design/measurement needs and document
  • tracking requirements across multiple digital platforms
  • Implement/code technical tracking solutions and coordinate with development teams on implementation we needed
  • Ensure data quality through QA testing and regular data collection audits
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve tracking or integration issues
  • Proactively identify issues and recommend resolutions, working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and improvements
  • Updates and configuration changes within Adobe Launch properties to support Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, & 3rd party media tagging
  • Mentor, train and share Adobe Analytics best practices with other teams and help drive data democratization
  • Continually building upon capabilities using new industry standard methodologies and stay informed any technology changes that impact Adobe solutions
  • Define future Adobe Analytics/Launch roadmap (Changes to tracking strategy, methodology, integrations, etc.) CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
    • Are you an Adobe Analytics and Adobe DTM/Launch development professional?
    • Do you have experience developing/implementing proven Adobe Analytics tracking for a large-scale organization with multiple sites and digital properties?
    • Do you have data-focused mentality with a passion for understanding audiences and digital experiences? ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
      • At least 5 years of digital analytics work experience with a minimum of 3 years working specifically with Adobe Analytics & DTM/Launch
      • Experience creating/maintaining analytics documentation (BRD, Tech Specs and SDR)
      • Expert in Data Layer design and utilization (Event driven data layer experience preferred)
      • Experience implementing tracking on modern site architectures such as SPA, headless, PWA, etc.
      • Understanding of the full Adobe Analytics product: Workspace, Admin sections, Data Sources, Data Warehouse, Classifications, Processing rules, Activity Map, etc.
      • Knowledge of how the Adobe Analytics products variable and commerce events function
      • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target integrations with Adobe Analytics
      • Development skills needed to support analytics tagging: JavaScript, front-end web technologies, and other fundamentals such as HTML, CSS selectors, etc.
      • Ability to troubleshoot analytics tagging issues with common tools such as Experience Cloud Debugger, browser network calls, Charles, or others
      • Experience driving integrations across platforms and outside of Adobe solutions
      • BA/BS degree required BENEFICIAL
        • Adobe Analytics Developer or Architect Certification
        • Training or implementation experience for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
        • Native iOS & Android app tagging experience COMPENSATION/TARGETED BONUS
