Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Process Engineer for their
Customer Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end customer and claims journeys for retail and
logistics programs
Launch new operational capabilities regionally and ensure global
process standardization
Optimize customer experience and improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in process optimization, design, or
operations management
Experience owning the entire project lifecycle in an agile
environment
Proven ability to manage relationships with external and internal
stakeholders
Experience with lean development and human-centered design
University degree in engineering or similar background
