Bodor Laser, a leader in the laser cutting machine market, is seeking a proficient Field Service Engineer/Technician fluent in Mandarin to join our dedicated team. This role involves precision engineering, performance efficiency, and enhancing our innovative automated laser solutions across diverse industries. With our commitment to groundbreaking technology and superior customer service, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can maintain and optimize our equipment at customer sites, ensuring the best operational standards. Installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of laser cutting machines Perform regular preventive maintenance and diagnostics on machinery to prevent potential issues Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues in a timely and effective manner Ensure all installations and repairs meet the quality standards of the company Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures complying with codes Offer bilingual support and communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure clear understanding of technical details and machine operations Strong technical and mechanical skills specific to laser technology Proficiency in software used for laser cutting machines Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred Any specific certifications related to laser technology and safety protocols are highly advantageous
