We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and enhancing our production capability. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your skills in maintenance and engineering will contribute directly to the quality and innovation that Kellanova is known for globally. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the production team to enhance efficiency. Document maintenance procedures and outcomes. Participate in installations and upgrades of manufacturing systems. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operation. Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience with preventive maintenance software and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional certification in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance is preferred OSHA Safety Certification is beneficial
