Job Description:

Influence the global organization to become process centric with capabilities to organize and respond to rapid change opportunities and create diagnostic metrics to provide a single source of truth through process models. Utilize education and communication strategies to equip resources to respond effectively to business transformations, integrations, process and system changes. The goal of the Business Process Management Analyst's is institutionalizing a disciplined approach to making the company's operational workflow and business processes more effective, efficient and capable of adapting to today's ever-changing environment. The Business Process Management team uses various methods and tools to discover, model, analyze, improve, optimize and automate workflows and processes to improve the company's performance to deliver value-added products & services to our customers. The team organizes the focus areas and deliverables to align with the corporate strategic drivers by continually partnering with the executive leadership as well as business stakeholders. The team also collaborates closely with the Change Management Team to ensure adoption of the operational and business process changes and migration to the executive approved practices across the board.

  • Work to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results.
  • Work independently under limited supervision. May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.
  • Challenges and issues may be complex, and may require understanding of broader set of issues. Typically challenges involve the consideration of multiple issues, job areas or specialties. Challenges are solved by analyzing the issues and drawing expertise from prior experience.
  • Make improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area.
  • Communicate with parties within and outside of the job function. May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)
  • Work to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures.
  • May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
  • May manage projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of the work of others.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area obtained through a combination of education and experience including project management.
  • The Senior Business Process Management Analyst facilitates the implementation of the business capability model across the organization with the purpose of understanding needs to enhance business process/systems functionality and operational performance while maximizing value.
  • Present, facilitate and lead assigned process improvement events using methods of data gathering and analysis, problem solving, project management and presentation skills
  • Identify business processes pain points to improve/indicators and/or integration efforts requirements
  • Advocate for the Business Capability Model methodology across the organization
  • Seek and evaluate process improvement and lean enterprise information, materials, and methods to match specific organizational needs as outlined by management, and adapts them to use in the execution of process improvement events
  • Report Continuous Improvement activities including accomplishments, participation, projected activities, and anticipated needs
  • Coordinate with related departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction
  • Maintains required documentation of business processes, sessions discussions and agreements.
  • Adhere to applications security procedures, change control guidelines and business requirements
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Possess, and consistently demonstrates, a comprehensive knowledge of Lean Enterprise principles and methods, team development and team leadership techniques, and project management methods Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree Required in Information Technology, Engineering Sciences and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 4-7 years of Business Process Management including Project Management with 7-10 years of Information Technology experience. Preferred qualifications
