PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions) Overarching responsibilities: Responsibilities are related to the Vuse vapor brand. Understand the consumer, the category, and the brand---s high-level strategies. Leverage this knowledge to assist with the development and implementation of the brands--- omni-channel creative and tactical plans. Significant collaboration with cross departmental stakeholders from Activation; Agencies (AOR and Experiential); Trade; Integrated Brand Group (IBG). Principal duties and responsibilities: Collaborating with brand and agency partners to build an always-on ---content factory---, enabling us to continually generate new content, raise brand awareness, and boost engagement across the consumer journey for adult nicotine consumers. Identifying content opportunities and developing a consistent story telling strategy that strengthens our campaigns and streamline work streams in asset creation. Understanding the brand---s voice and audience --- supporting a consistent brand expression for digital editorial content across a variety of topics. Ensuring established editorial, stylistic, brand identity, usability, and accessibility requirements are met as needed. Managing relationship & communication with E-com team to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and digital experience design. Effectively communicate expectations to stakeholders across the organization to influence decision making. Collaborate with brand and agency partners to determine objectives, strategies and tactical plans. Develop and actively manage the collection, synthesis and analysis of tactical plans, including budget, metrics and key performance indicators. Assist in the development and ongoing evolution of brand equity programs and creative platforms. Facilitate the internal reviews and approvals of creative assets and marketing materials to support brand building activities and to drive the desired experience with adult tobacco consumers. Manage third party partners and stakeholders to integrate solutions. Drive strategic alignment of brand objectives utilizing brand codes. Ensure compliance with RAIIC legal, corporate, industry guidelines and marketing standards. Cross-collaborate with CRM: Manage the one-to-one consumer relationship marketing plan and contribute to development of multi-channel consumer experience journeys. Provide insights in collaboration with Strategy and Planning and other business partners to recommend program enhancements/optimizations based on learning to drive greater business impact. Support Op Plan preparation and planning for upcoming year. SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS A proactive and organized individual with demonstrated excellence in project management and coordination among cross-functional teams. Passion for brand marketing and understanding consumer values and needs. Strategic storyteller and influential communicator, with strong written and verbal presentation skills. Innate curiosity with an innovative mindset and creative thinking process. Results-driven and self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team. Influence external and internal partners without direct line authority. Adaptable to managing processes and disciplines through the organization, but also willing to drive pace and have the sense of urgency to deliver. Exude a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and are solution oriented. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS Education: Bachelor---s Degree required - marketing specialization is a plus. Graduate Degree (MBA) and/ or prior brand marketing experience in CPG category is a plus. Knowledge & Experience: 4 plus years working in a related field (experience of working in a digital/content production role preferred). Demonstrated experience and understanding of brand strategy and communication, consumer insights/research, program development, and business management. Strong analytical capabilities. Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated experience in prioritization, time management and attention to detail. Demonstrated experience in motivating people, strong communication/interpersonal skills, thinking/operating strategically, sound decision-making, and an appreciation of functions other than Marketing.
