Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a key lever in driving sustainable and efficient business growth in today---s evolving CPG environment. Understanding revenue growth and how to most efficiently drive net sales, profit, market and volume share is vital to delivering our overall business objectives. We---re looking for a passionate individual who is excited by analytics to insights and innovation vs. the status quo to join our Commercial Finance team to drive Revenue Growth Management agenda for New Categories. Reynolds American Incorporated (RAI) is positively transforming the tobacco industry and New Categories (Vapor & Modern Oral) is leading the way and play a fundamental roe within our Marketing strategy and transformation journey. This Senior Director role will business partner with a cross-functional team in Marketing to provide value-added financial support in driving Revenue Growth Management agenda for our New Categories. Position reports to: Vice President, Commercial Finance New Categories Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Director --- Commercial Finance RGM New Categories position: Provides thought leadership, strategy and plans to drive profitable multi-year and annual revenue growth Develop with RGM team a robust portfolio strategy and price architecture to reflect the organization---s changing requirements and a dynamic competitive landscape Create breakthrough RGM strategies and initiatives that will accelerate NTO growth and market share gains for the New Categories at RAI Provide pricing-related insights and perspective related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions between categories and across price segments Maintain, augment and enhance the company---s existing price & share modeling efforts Build key functional capabilities through combination of existing team development and new appointments Oversee and implement a wide array of analytical approaches and modeling, leveraging technological resources inclusive of regression engines, artificial intelligence and scenario planning modules Leverage vast datasets of shipments, pricing, retail offtake and transaction-level data to develop critical business intelligence and insights, with specific focus on the continued development and analytics related to Retail Scan Data (RSD) Collaborate with other RGM team, Strategy & Planning, Demand Finance and Consumer Marketing organization leads to ensure an aligned annual operating plan with appropriate revenue, margin and share objectives In collaboration with the cross functional steering committee ensure RGM alignment with parent company---s Global Revenue Sustainability program. Requirements: BS/BA degree required; Master---s degree preferred 8-10 years in Finance with experience in pricing, promotion, sales analytics and/or category management Experience on consumer goods strongly preferred Must have excellent analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business cases to drive core business decisions and change/innovation Data and insights driven Commercially focused and is consumer centric Strong ability to build trusting partnerships Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support Successful experiences leading and developing others Compensation/Targeted Bonus Competitive Annual Salary Targeted Annual Bonus Relocation assistance available for those who qualify.
