ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Marketing - SP&I (New categories).

excellence and talent development.
The Senior Manager Forecasting will be a key member of the SP&I
team providing in-market and trade performance measurements of the
product portfolio. The Senior manager will provide in-depth
understanding of performance drivers, for both consumer and
commercial, in weekly reviews and monthly SOP cycles. Generating
commercial insights, the Senior Manager will provide actionable
data to improve in-market performance of our portfolio. In
collaboration with the forecasting team, this individual will
ensure alignment with our in-market performance indicators and
competitive intel / assumptions.
The Senior Manager Forecasting will directly impact the performance
of Reynolds portfolio through course correction mechanisms,
including distribution, pricing, promotions. This individual will
also ensure the accuracy of forecasting, in return allowing the
company the insights to right gap closure conversations and

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Support the development of the monthly commercial forecast for New
and Traditional Categories based on market performance analysis,
internal and external business drivers, brand initiatives,
competitive intelligence, pricing activities, macro-economic
factors, regulation, and consumer trends.
Support capability and methodology enhancements in Forecasting and
Translate and synthesize commercial and consumer analyses into
strategic implications that are quantifiable, actionable, and
accessible to senior stakeholders.
Support the development and deployment of analysis, insights,
implications, and recommendations (reports and presentations) in an
informative, compelling manner to shape and influence business
Champion innovation and change while advancing a data-driven,
insight led, digital-first culture of continuous optimization and
growth throughout the department and across the organization.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
5+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting, Demand Planning
and S&OP planning or business analysis.
Demonstrated ability to understand broader business issues and seek
Ability to synthesize multiple information/data sources including
but not limited to commercial, consumer, and macro-economic
Skilled in summarizing extensive analysis into concise, actionable
Responsive, enthusiastic, and team oriented.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) and
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
Bachelor 's degree required and Master 's Degree in business
preferred. - Statistics, Economics, Finance, or relative
quantitative degree will be considered.
