Come be a part of this journey WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Senior Manager Consumer and Market Insights SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level FUNCTION: Marketing LOCATION: Winston Salem, NC USA ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? We are looking for curious, dynamic, and analytical individual to join our Strategy, Planning, and Insights (SP&I) Team. Supported by best-in-class resources, you will help us connect the dots between In-market and trade (Retail and Wholesale) performance measurements of Reynolds ' oral nicotine portfolio. You will provide the business with an in-depth understanding of the performance drivers, both consumer and commercial through weekly reviews and monthly SOP cycles. You will help generate actionable commercial insights to improve in-market performance of our Traditional Oral portfolio through weekly reviews and monthly SOP cycles. Collaborating and working with the forecasting teams, you will ensure alignment with our in-market performance indicators and competitive intel and assumptions. What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization? Direct impact on the performance of our Traditional Oral Nicotine portfolio through course correction mechanisms (distribution, pricing, promotions etc) Impacts the accuracy of forecasting that in turn allows for the right gap closure conversations and inventory management Reports to Senior Director, SP&I Number of Direct Reports NA Core Relationships Internal - Forecasting & Consumer Insights Team in Oral categories. Reporting, Activation, Trade Insights and Planning teams in SP&I. External - Brand Commercial teams, RGM, Marketing Finance and Trade Marketing Geographic Scope US End Market Travel Required N/A ACCOUNTABILITIES Weekly Performance Reviews Monthly SOP forum (Demand Review, Pre SOP, SOP) Monthly Category Reviews EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL Experience Required Close familiarity with Reynolds ' data reporting or similar processes - Retail Scan Data, Ship To Retail, Ship to Wholesale and Marlin Knowledge of the trade apparatus in Reynolds or similar CPG organization Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required Excellent quantitative skills to work with large and discrete data sets to identify underlying patterns and insights Inter-personal skills to forge close professional networks across functions Excellent verbal and presentation (slide making & delivery) skills to engage with senior stakeholders Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required Bachelor 's degree required BENEFICIAL Master 's degree preferred.
