You will work alongside a fully integrated team of passionate strategic forecasting professionals who are helping shape the future of America's tobacco/new categories industry. This is a fast-paced and collaborative environment with an emphasis on both insights' excellence and talent development. The Lead Manager SPI Forecasting will support the development of the strategic forecast for next generation products (NGPs) and/or traditional categories. Accountable for understanding and synthesizing relevant commercial, consumer, and macro-economic trends, the Lead Manager will possess strong analytical capabilities as well as a high degree of thought leadership. Curious by nature and driven to discover impactful insights, this role will develop data-centric viewpoints on cross-category dynamics and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver holistic perspectives on a dynamic, ever-changing industry.-- -Reports to: Senior Director SP&IReporting Level: No Direct ReportsGeographic Scope: Local-- -WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR-- -Significant contributor to the development of monthly commercial forecast for Next Generation Products and/or traditional categories based on market performance analysis, internal and external business drivers, brand initiatives, competitive intelligence, macro-economic factors, and consumer trends.Translate and synthesize commercial and consumer analyses into strategic implications that are quantifiable, actionable, and accessible to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to identify and quantify forward-looking strategic plans.Communicate analysis, insights, implications, and recommendations (reports and presentations) in an informative, compelling manner to shape and influence business decisions.-- -ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE3+ years of experience in forecasting or business analysis.Demonstrated ability to understand broader business issues and seek resolution.Ability to synthesize multiple information/data sources including but not limited to commercial, consumer, and macro-economic trends.Skilled in summarizing extensive analysis into concise, actionable insights.Responsive, enthusiastic, and team oriented.Excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) and organizational skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.Bachelor's degree required. -- -BENEFICIAL Master's degree in business preferred.-- - Statistics, Economics, Finance, or relative quantitative degree will be considered.-- -COMPENSATION/TARGETED BONUSCompetitive annual salaryTargeted Annual Bonus-- -BENEFIT SUMMARYWe offer very competitive compensation and benefit plans, including:401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
