WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEAD MANAGER TRADE RELATIONS
SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Level

ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Provide leadership and give direction for Trade Associations, exhibits, customer events, Marketing Conferences, cross-functional departments and third-party vendors for Reynolds Marketing Services Company.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
The direct impact is to work alongside and with the Senior Manager of Trade Relations to ensure all Trade Events are fully executed with a positive impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Provide Leadership and give strategic direction on Trade Relations events to ensure seamless integration and consistency of service levels and processes across the Reynolds organization
Lead Trade Relations to achieve Key Initiatives in support of Activation Trade Marketing
Establish, maintain and manage as a secondary key contact, ongoing relationships with our National Trade organizations. - Responsible for implementation of Trade Relations with these organizations
Effectively manage and collaborate with multiple third-party vendors and give strategic direction needed to produce results
Responsible for all accurate submissions of Trade Relations invoices. - Requires review from a fiduciary accountability and provide ideas on efficiencies. - Collaborate with finance, audit, tax, procurement and disbursements to inform and seek savings and solutions
Responsible for managing day to day planning for Trade Relations events
Ability to receive and accept new projects and being flexible to maintain multiple projects over time
Responsible for seeking the most proficient and innovative technical opportunities that will enhance the existing Trade Relations processes of managing events

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
Do you have recent experience in Event management/project planning?
Are you able to travel for extended periods of time even when unscheduled opportunities arise?
Have you used Cvent or any other registration platform?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
2 - 4 years of Project/event management planning
2 - 4 -years of Registration platform experience as well as Mobile App management
Self-starter who can work independently as well as collaborate within a group
Must be detailed oriented with strong verbal and presentation skills
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Must be able to lead and manage a team across multiple projects simultaneously ensuring each deliver against company objectives
Flexibility to travel for extended periods of time throughout the year
High Level of professionalism
Ability to interact with senior level executives
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
Bachelor 's degree preferred or similar experience
Strong project management skills
