H2 Health is seeking a dynamic healthcare leader for a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist (PT) position in our H2 Health @ Chilhowie clinic located in Chilhowie, VA. This position is accountable for the day-to-day management of the activities of the Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic to assure proper utilization of available resources and continuous quality improvement. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the development of the Outpatient Rehabilitation Department, the coordination of therapy services, and other department functions within the region. The Virginia State is offering a loan repayment program, where Physical Therapists could qualify for a loan payback up to $140,000 of student loans. To find out more about this program, please click on the link below: Education: Graduate of an accredited (APTA) Physical Therapy program. Experience: One year minimum of clinical experience as a practicing Therapist with previous management/supervisory experience preferred if a licensed clinician. Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
• Must be able to work independently
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Management/leadership experience
• Must be comfortable working in an outpatient setting with all age groups (Pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics)
• Must pass required background checks and be enrolled, or able to enroll, as a Medicaid provider Facility Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
