Job Description:
Job Description This role is a part of the eBusiness P&L and
report into Sr. Business Development Manager (Bigbox.com). The
scope will be to drive growth, build relationships and manage day
to day account management of assigned customers and categories.
Works collaboratively with in-store account managers to align with
customer priorities. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain
the relationship with Big Box eCommerce accounts and merchants.
Manage e-commerce budget/goal and expense planning including
forecast accuracy. Monitor and analyze competitive activities
within the channel including price, promotion, new products and
merchandising and adjust strategies accordingly. Establish and
implement sales strategies to develop assigned accounts and product
categories to drive profitable growth Responsible for product
sell-in, assortment management, forecasting and sales to
meet/exceed financial metrics Maintain an understanding of
customer---s processes, strategies and financial metrics to
communicate and collaborate with internal business partners to
drive incremental business. Overnight travel required 15-25% of the
time Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and standardize
reports to deliver perceptive and actionable recommendations to
improve the Company---s performance within the channel and
partner---s business. Analyze data to understand customer marketing
strategies, how the customer evaluates/measures success against
plans, and assesses consumer needs. Serves to enhance understanding
of the assigned retailer---s brand equity and marketing strategies
and programs. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and NPD to support
assigned key channel/partner growth goals and formulate strategy
and direction for sustainable YOY growth targets Provide regular,
factual market feedback to the broader organization to ensure our
product development meets market needs Education / Experience:
Bachelor---s degree in related field. A minimum of 2 years---
experience in sales or marketing required. Home center/DIY
experience strongly preferred. Digital marketing and/or eCommerce
sales experience is strongly preferred. Must demonstrate an
understanding of eCommerce sales and marketing. Company Liberty
