National Sales Manager OEM

Job Description:

Reporting to the North America Head of Sales, the National Sales Manager OEM is responsible for development and execution of sales & marketing strategies for OEM customers throughout the U.S. and Canada; including target customers, products, pricing, services and logistic solutions. Leading and grow the EGGER NAM OEM Sales Team, and promote and sell the entire EGGER product and service portfolio to existing and new accounts, according to the agreed sales & marketing strategy. City: Lexington/Charlotte (Hybrid) Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Responsibilities Building long-lasting relationships to all medium and major OEM accounts. Prospecting and developing new customers. Sales & marketing budget planning (EPS annual & quarterly rolling budgets). Manage targets and sales to agreed budgets and generate/track sales leads producing reports using CRM systems. Providing high level of customer satisfaction. Frequent & regular customer visits across the U.S. and Canada. Successfully executing new product launch initiatives. Customer training sessions in various locations. Control of customer credit lines & customer credit rating. Attending and/or exhibiting at customer trade shows or similar events as well as attending Egger Tradeshows. Participating and help preparing Quarterly Sales and A&D Meetings in LEX Yearly appraisal interviews. Qualifications College or University degree in business. 3-5 years OEM furniture & design industry or related experience in the assigned geographical territory is essential. Technical understanding of decorative paper products and particleboard. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP CRM, Email and internet communication. Valid driver license.
