Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare technology
sector, is seeking a Planned Activity Project Manager to join their
team. As a Planned Activity Project Manager, you will be part of a
dynamic team supporting critical maintenance and project
activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to
adapt to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Planned Activity Project Manager Location:
Cary, NC Pay Range: Pay rate is competitive and based on experience
Shift: Various shifts (8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm) What's the Job?
Manage preventative maintenance and mandatory update work in
accordance with contractual obligations and due dates. Coordinate
with customers to schedule planned activities and ensure all
end-to-end processes are completed ahead of system-specific
deadlines. Oversee engagement milestones, ensuring timely
completion and rescheduling activities as needed based on changing
priorities. Engage with internal teams and customers to react to
shifting priorities and reschedule planned work when necessary.
Provide regular progress reports, research findings, and present
updates to stakeholders. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or
equivalent experience required. Ability to handle semi-complex to
complex projects and identify critical paths for timely
performance. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
Outlook); knowledge of SAP is a plus but not required. Experience
working with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
