Job Description:

Office Manager: Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager in Greensboro. Ideal candidates must have experience with running day to day office operations to include administrative and accounting support, customer service and project management. Below please see additional details: --- Screen phone calls and walk-ins --- Mail and send USPS & FedEx; taking mail to drop box and drop off locations --- Maintain email distribution/contact list (Company Outlook/Sage Timberline) --- Scan, save, and email documents as well as file documents --- Help keep office organized (keeping office supplies organized, microwave and mini fridge clean, etc.) --- Help maintain company Insurance binder --- Help maintain calendars that keep track of vacation days and due dates --- Order supplies for office and job sites as needed --- Notarize documents accounting --- Collect Insurance and W-9 Forms from vendors; coordinate with O.A. to get them set up --- Backup to Office Administrator with Accounting tasks; includes check writes and billings --- Assist with opening mail and emails from Invoices account --- Assist with researching, coding and distributing invoices for approval --- Contact vendors for revisions and missing documents --- Help manage credit cards, along with coding statements and matching receipts --- Verifying receipt of invoices listed on Vendor statements --- Possibly be back up for collecting, reviewing, and submitting Certified Payroll to Labor Department; follow up with Subs when not turning in promptly Qualifications: --- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience --- 5+ years of experience in office management to include administrative and accounting support, customer service support and project management --- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) --- Detail oriented and organized --- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written --- Previous experience managing a demanding calendar --- Previous experience supporting sales representatives --- CRM experience preferred. resumes@aprinc.com News & Record.Category: Administrative, Keywords: Office Manager
