As a Senior Manager - Digital Marketing, you are leading a team who are passionate about understanding our markets, customers, competitors and marketing plan we need to implement to win. What you will be doing The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will be the lead for the Industrial Commercial Transportation Business Unit, developing and overseeing all digital strategies including marketing campaigns, social media, SEM/SEO, web content and any other digital elements. This position will lead the development and delivery of ICT's global digital presence and drive purchasing behavior using all available digital and direct to customer channels, including emerging platforms and technologies. They will have a strong background in B2B technology demand generation, experience with Eloqua or other marketing automation platforms, digital demand generation, lead qualification, and actionable results. In addition to executing programs and campaigns, a key component of this role is the ability to capture and effectively analyze key metrics to enable post campaign analyses to optimize performance and ROI for all marketing programs. This role reports to the Global Head of ICT Marketing. As a Senior Manager - Digital Marketing, a typical day may include: Key Tasks of the job: Define ICT's digital marketing strategy. Manage the strategy and execution of digital marketing programs to drive demand generation globally across multiple digital properties. Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of digital marketing professionals across a variety of disciplines including, paid search, display, SEO, digital media, webinars, eCommerce, social media, and email marketing Create and implement end-to-end marketing programs, social community engagement, and ecommerce strategy that will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention. Grow and upgrade organizational capability in the digital arena and seamlessly integrate digital marketing into each marketing program Manage workflow and approvals for all BU digital campaigns, web, social, emails, micro-sites and content. Other Responsibilities: Develop and implement campaigns that deliver compelling messaging to drive demand through brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention utilizing paid, earned and owned channels Create and Manage Digital and Social Campaigns fully integrated to the global web platform, trade shows, PR and "Thought Leadership" initiatives, eMail, Search, SEO / SEM, social channels and other digital media. Leverage content for syndication across all channels. Drive conversion of prospective consumers to active customers through funnel optimization including A/B and multivariate tests for SEM campaigns and landing pages Leverage the use of marketing analytics to provide insights and make recommendations to reach the customer in new ways to improve marketing ROI recommendations and overall strategies Digital alignment of New Product Introductions (NPI) and Legacy product communications in partnership with Product Management and Integrated Marketing groups Conduct ongoing competitive research to help inform digital strategies. Keep up to date on latest trends and best practices in digital marketing Lead ongoing optimization of the customer user experience at all digital touch points, to be tracked across the customer journey, at all levels. Balance investment with impact to the business Manage third party agencies, ad networks, other service providers and vendors in the debriefing and execution of media strategies Click here for Life At TE What your background should look like Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field 5-7 years' experience in developing B2B demand generation and digital and social marketing strategies for technical products. 3 years in a leadership role, global and cross-functional experience preferred Nice to have: A strong understanding of the modern strategies and techniques used for building demand generation and awareness campaigns across a range of integrated marketing disciplines, including web, email and channel marketing, as well as experience in asset development, content curation, project management, social media, and online/paid search. Requires expertise on various digital tools and content management suites including Eloqua or other marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and AEM. Direct experience in selecting and managing an effective demand generation mix with revenue growth. Ability to manage 3rd party outsourced digital resources Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience with ROI analysis and attribution What TE Connectivity offers We offer competitive total rewards compensation.
