EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.Job Description: This position falls within the Enterprise Access Management (EAM) Operational Readiness Team which serves as the EAM Operations ambassador to all technology teams across the enterprise, and is responsible for EAM Operations' daily readiness delivery through alignment of operational priorities and EAM toolsets. Key support activities include operational process improvement, technology maturation, change management, organizational training, strategic-level EAM-specific threat and vulnerability management.The Enterprise Access Management (EAM) Change Management Analyst is responsible for ensuring all EAM related technical Change Requests (CRs) are executed (released and deployed) effectively and efficiently across Wells Fargo s global EAM architecture. This position is also responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of change management initiatives, as well as making final recommendations for release and deployment concerning the EAM space. Experience managing infrastructure and change within the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework. Ensures the development of clear and comprehensive change and roll-out plans that enable the alignment of business activities. Analyzes and communicates release and deployment risks and business impact to stakeholders; ensures release packages are successfully built, installed, tested and deployed to applicable groups or target environments within identified timelines prior to CR execution. Responsible for the overall EAM change management process and ensures appropriate steps and processes are followed within the Enterprise Information Security (EIS) and Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) organizations change management policies Ensures CRs are properly documented. Validates emergency EAM CRs prior to execution. Manages change planning schedule(s) and controls potential conflicts between changes. Informs key stakeholders as necessary. Reviews all implemented changes to ensure objectives/requirements have been successfully met. Considers previous delivery failures or postponements and identifies any related trends. Ensures all organizational policies and procedures are followed throughout all transition phases. Prepares consolidated reports of end-to-end service delivery and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
