OverviewInfluence the global organization to become process centric with capabilities to organize and respond to rapid change opportunities and create diagnostic metrics to provide a single source of truth through process models. Utilize education and communication strategies to equip resources to respond effectively to business transformations, integrations, process and system changes.HanesBrands Inc.(HbI) Business Process Modelling (BPM) function?s main goal is to institutionalize a disciplined approach to making HbI?s operational workflow and business processes across the board more effective, efficient and capable of adapting to today?s ever-changing environment. The BPM team uses various methods and tools to discover, model, analyze, improve, optimize and automate workflows and processes to improve HbI?s performance to deliver value-added products & services to our customers. The team organizes the focus areas and deliverables to align with the corporate strategic drivers by continually partnering with the executive leadership as well as business stakeholders. The team also collaborates closely with the HbI Change Management Team to ensure adoption of the operational and business processes? changes and migration to the executive approved practices across the board.Responsibilities Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results. Works independently under limited supervision. May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.Problems and issues faced are difficult, and may require understanding of broader set of issues. Problems typically involve consideration of multiple issues, job areas or specialties. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area.Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function. May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)Works to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures.May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. May manage projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.The Senior Business Process Management Analyst facilitates the implementation of the business capability model across the organization with the purpose of understanding needs to enhance business process/systems functionality and operational performance while maximizing value.Presents, facilitates and leads assigned process improvement events using methods of data gathering and analysis, problem solving, project management and presentation skillsIdentifies business processes pain points to improve/indicators and/or integration efforts requirementsAdvocates the Business Capability Model methodology across the organizationSeeks and evaluates process improvement and lean enterprise information, materials, and methods to match specific organizational needs as outlined by management, and adapts them to use in the execution of process improvement eventsReports overall Continuous Improvement activities including accomplishments, participation, projected activities, and anticipated needsCoordinates with related departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement directionDocuments and safekeeping (retrievable) business processes, sessions discussions and agreementsAdheres to applications security procedures, change control guidelines and business requirementsQualifications Bachelor's Degree Required in Information Technology, Engineering Sciences4-7 years of Business Process Management4-7 years Project Management Execution7-10 years Information Technology Possesses, and consistently demonstrates, a comprehensive knowledge of Lean Enterprise principles and methods, team development and team leadership techniques, and project management methodsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicExperience and certification in Lean/6 Sigma preferredTo qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require now, or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa statusEOE/AA: Minorities/Females/Veterans/DisabledOnly applicants requiring reasonable accommodation for any part of the application and hiring process should contact us directly:Telephone: 877.999.5553Email: HBI_TA@hanes.com
