responsible for providing oversight for all nursing facility
operations. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited
to:*Oversee all nursing facility operations.**Knowledge of federal
and state regulations governing nursing facility
operations.**Excellent financial management and budgeting
skills.**Ability to achieve facility goals and formulate
operational strategies.**Be a resident advocate where the resident
is the center of all we do.**Represent the facility to community
groups, public officials, & government agencies.**Ensure excellent
communication among residents, families, and staff.**Create
positive resident outcomes.**Respect others by treating them the

Nursing Home Administrator License* Bachelor's Degree* Successful
