Manager Pharmacy Business & Revenue
Novant Health is seeking a dynamic Manager Pharmacy Business &
Revenue, to join our corporate pharmacy leadership team, to deliver
optimal medication management across all dimensions of care, every
time.

This is a remote opportunity within our approved hiring

Essential functions include:
- Responsible for the overall management and coordination of
system pharmacy acute and ambulatory revenue and budgeting business
infrastructure including: Charge Master Management, claims
reconciliation and denials, patient medication assistance program,
forecast budgeting, productivity and metric monitoring.
- Partner with procurement and support services on execution and
compliance within the 340(b) Drug Program (Drug Pricing Program
enabling health care organizations that care for underserved people
to purchase outpatient drugs at discounted prices) for all
qualified entities within the organization. Such management and
coordination includes assuring qualifications for the program are
met and maintained; the program is fully implemented in all areas
of qualified use; related records are complete and accurate; and
that it meets all primary objectives as defined by leadership.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree, required. Master's Degree,
preferred.
- Experience: Five years related work experience, including
supervision, preferred. Experience in healthcare finance,
preferred.
- Licensure/certification/registration: North Carolina CPA
license, preferred.
- Additional Skills required: Ability to successfully complete
generic and department-specific skills validation and competency
assessment. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work well with a variety of professionals and to work
independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong
critical thinking and problem skills. Strong relationship and
customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other
health care professionals and lead change. Possesses consulting

multiple facilities/locations as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft
applications required.

in Pharmacy (internal and external); regulatory and governing
standards, policies and procedures; commitment to continually
improve skills through participation in educational opportunities
whether offered as on-the-job, within or outside other facility to
increase knowledge of work-related issues; information systems and
software used in Pharmacy including but not limited to: current
Pharmacy HIS system procurement software, ADM machines; equipment
used in performing assigned duties; application of safety and
infection control policies and procedures; skills in interviewing
and selection process; understanding of budgeting, staffing,
payroll and purchasing processes; implementation of competency,
feedback, development and progressive discipline processes;
teambuilding, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship
skills; principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models;
decision making, project leadership and consultation, delegation
and communication skills; concepts of change management; effective
written and verbal communication of staff behaviors and
performance; understanding of customer needs and expectations and
knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations; held
accountable for specific process knowledge; continuous improvement
philosophy and methods; ability to apply process improvement
methods toassure quality; provide notice to management should
conflicting cultural values, ethics or religious beliefs
potentially impact patient care.
