Located near the Blue Ridge Mountains in Winston-Salem, NC, this award-winning Heart & Vascular Institute is home to more than 25 highly trained Cardiologists and 5 clinically diverse sub-markets, centered around a high-volume 921-bed Medical Center.
The specifics:

• 
  
• Hospital shifts designed to fit fellow schedules! M-Th: 8p-6a. F-Sun + holidays: 7p-7a
  
• Admits, consults, cross coverage for Practice's cardiology service, variable acuity
  
• No procedures - Moonlighter obtains internal medicine core privileges only
  
• Do initial work-up of patients presenting with acute myocardial infractions
  
• Partner with the ED - they will call the cath lab for STEMI, NSTEMI
  
• Must remain onsite and respond in person within 20-min of page
