Pediatrics Qualifications CMA: Education: High school diploma.
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, that includes
an externship in a medical office clinical setting, required.
Curriculum must include pharmacology and medication administration.
(Certificate must be obtained within six months of hire).
Certifications accepted: CMA - American Association of Medical
Assistants (AAMA) CCMA - National Health career Association (NHA)
RMA - American Medical Technologists (AMT) RMA - American Registry
of Medical Assistants (ARMA) RMA - National Center for Competency
Testing (NCCT) RMA - National Association for Health Professionals
(NAHP) Experience: Previous work in a medical setting preferred.
Licensure/certification/registration: CMA, CCMA, RMA. Refer to Life
Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096. Annual UAP agreement with
provider required. Additional skills required: Ability to
successfully complete generic and department specific skills
validation and competency testing. LPN: Education: High school
diploma required. Experience: One year of relevant experience
preferred. Licensure/certification/registration: Appropriate state
LPN license required. Refer to Life Support Training Policy
NH-HR-3096. Additional skills required: Computer skills, phone call
etiquette, organizational skills Responsibilities It is the
