Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Solutions Recruiter for a
temporary role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high volume interviews and provide feedback to hiring
managers and staffing agencies
Schedule candidates for interviews and provide exceptional customer
service
Meet recruiting deadlines, communicate updates, and support HR
functions as needed
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of high volume recruiting experience, preferably in
a health insurance environment
Prior experience with an ATS and excellent Microsoft Outlook and
Word skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to
detail
