  • Special Requirements: FLU vaccine, EPIC, level 4 NICU experience, NO recent Atrium employees (PRN and internal temp included) within the past year and no recent return travelers that ever lived local
  • True Level IV NICU: ELBW (extremely low birth weight) - post-term, birth traumas, critical airways, genetics, surgical needs, NAS, dialysis, cooling, exchange transfusion, trachs, pressors

          • Locals accepted: No locals within 50 miles
          • RTO Restrictions: Every other holiday
          • Additional Notes: Required to be sent with file. NC DL must list address greater than 50 miles from facility. Driver's license must match the state of an RN's compact licensure. Alternate proof of residency will not be accepted.
