Job Description:
Join a dedicated skilled nursing facility in Jackson, TN, with
67 Medicare-certified beds providing transitional care
services.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll assess patient needs, develop care
plans, administer treatments, and monitor progress.
Assist in staffing, scheduling, and supervising nursing staff to
ensure quality care.
Perform daily rounds, monitor absenteeism, and address personnel
concerns to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Create a positive, calm environment and foster teamwork through
regular staff meetings.
Qualifications include an RN license (BSN preferred), CPR
certification, and experience in sub-acute settings is a plus.
