Job Description:
This full-time LPN position at Salem involves providing
practical nursing support in a physician practice setting, with
duties including patient assessments, preparing patients for exams,
administering medications, maintaining clinical areas, documenting
in electronic health records, patient education, and assisting with
referrals and lab procedures. Work hours are Monday to Friday with
varied shifts, and occasional travel to other clinics may be
required. Eligible for a sign-on bonus upon meeting guidelines.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program,
Virginia licensure, BLS certification, and preferably one year of
experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication,
organization, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with
