Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Skin Integrity Nurse (RN/LPN) to join
our team in Waynesboro, GA.
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans in
collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Preserve skin integrity through monitoring and applying skin
preservation strategies.
Organize weekly multidisciplinary wound and skin rounds for
high-risk and current wound patients.
Provide hands-on care for complex, non-healing wounds and serve as
a resource for staff.
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with policies, and
regulatory standards.
Must hold an active GA LPN or RN license, with 1+ year wound care
experience; certification preferred.
Requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and
the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
