The facility has 355 beds and various specialized centers including a Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and a Level 3 NICU. There is a 32-bed emergency department, a 29-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, and a 15-bed surgical suite with imaging capabilities. The facility also includes an adult behavioral health hospital. The telemetry unit has 24 beds and the patient ratio is 4:1. Equipment used includes Life Paks, Zoll monitors, Masimo, and Cerner EHR. The patient population consists of generalized cardiac patients ranging from young adults to elderly adults. Common diagnoses and treatments include chest pain, atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, and pre- and post-care for cardiac catheterizations (groin and radial access) and VATS procedures. The unit values a family-oriented environment. The dress code allows for any color scrubs.
