Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN experience required License: WV or compact license - pending license acceptable Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (all through American Heart Association) Must-Have: Flu vaccine required during flu season (October to March) Any previous probationary actions on license will be considered on a case-by-case basis Travelers must have a permanent address greater than 75 miles from the facility Previously employed staff must wait 2 years before applying as a traveler Description: We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical to join our team. This position requires a commitment to clocking in and out to ensure proper payment. Travelers are required to attach their current license, certifications, and vaccination documentation with their application. Any missed shifts must be made up within the same work week or pay period if possible. Travelers must include their permanent home address and Social Security Number on the submission. Candidates must be greater than 75 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be accepted. Candidates must provide a minimum of two manager or charge references from the past two years. Modules are non-billable and will average 8 hours spent on training. Completion of all training modules is required prior to start and will be monitored for compliance.
