Description: Located off I-81, exit 70. This is a 100-bed facility
that has earned the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval. The
facility provides care to a primary service area of approximately
36,000 individuals. It employs over 350 full-time personnel and is
staffed by over 80 physicians. The department has 14 beds with
patient ratios of 1:4-5. Typical equipment includes Baxter pumps
and Spacelabs cardiac monitors. The electronic health record system
used is MedHost. Patient population includes all age groups.
Candidates must be flexible and adaptable. Unacceptable attire is
not specified. Weekend hours may be required every other weekend as
needed. There are no call requirements for this position. Common
diagnoses and treatments will vary according to patient needs.
