Job Description What We're Looking For Novant Health is seeking a PRN Psychiatrist to cover shifts at Forsyth Medical Center and Thomasville Medical Center Opportunity Highlights: Day Shift Inpatient Psychiatrist will be caring for assigned patients on our 51-bed adult unit Option to pick up shifts at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC and Thomasville Medical Center in Thomasville, NC Candidate Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required Current MD license in appropriate state Current DEA license required Responsibilities & Duties: Patient population: 18 for acute care Complete daily rounding and timely documentation on assigned patients Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary treatment team that includes providers, nursing, therapy and support staff Benefits & Perks: Retirement benefits Malpractice coverage Employment with NH Medical Group Novant Health is a not-for-profit integrated system of 19 medical centers and more than 2,000 physicians in over 850 locations, as well as numerous outpatient surgery centers, medical plazas, rehabilitation programs, diagnostic imaging centers and community health outreach programs.
