Job Description:
What We Offer: $7,500 sign on bonus and up to $7,500 in
relocation assistance! - Schedule: Full-time (40 hours),
6:45A-3:15P with an occasional late day if a case runs over. M-F,
no weekends, no major holidays & no call! - Department: Ambulatory
Surgical Center (ASC), Operating Room (OR) position. Requires at
least 1 year of recent OR experience - Location: Hawthorne Surgical
Center, 1999 South Hawthorne Road, Winston Salem - Unit Info: Some
of the common procedures consist of Opthalmology, Pain & Podiatry

every time. What We're Looking For: - Education: 2 Year / Associate
Degree, required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing,
required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. - Experience: One
year of ASC, PACU or operating room experience, preferred. -
Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state,
required. ACLS and PALS, preferred. - Additional Skills (required):
Must have a thorough understanding of role of RN and ability to
carry out the functions as stated in the NC nurse practice act.
Ability to set priorities and organize workload of unit. Has
knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to
patient’s age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify
each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age
specific needs. Proficient in telephone screening and interviewing
