What We Offer: - Job Title: Assistant Nurse Manager, RN - Schedule: 7am-3:30pm, Full- Time, Variable Shifts - Department: - IMU/ICU - Location: Kernersville Medical Center – Kernersville, NC What We're Looking For: - Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Graduate Degree, preferred. - Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. - Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications, required. - Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training. What You'll Do: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to help oversee the daily operations of a 20-bed IMU/ICU unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This role provides leadership to nursing staff, manages staffing and resources, supports professional development, and drives performance improvement initiatives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
