to find a qualified Cardiac Stepdown RN in Winston Salem, North
Carolina, 27103! Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Tele
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Winston Salem, NC (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks Work Hours: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 -
07:15) Total Weekly Hours: 36 RTO after booking is not allowed and
is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional
RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR. REQUIRED
SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Year Traveler
Experience: Unit WILL Accept 1st time travelers Locals Accepted /
Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Telemetry, Interpretation of
dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Cardiac GTT exp. MUST be
comfortable with cardiac drips including :Cardizem, Dopamine,
dobutamine, milrinone, amiodarone, Lasix and heparin. Certs: ACLS,
BCLS JOB DETAILS: Ratios: 1:5-6. Shift: Nights 18:45-07:15 *36 or
48 Can Be Supported! Unit will accept contracts for 13 weeks Float
Requirement: Yes, to other telemetry units. Weekend Requirement: 4
Weekend Days in a 6-week time track. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: They may
get various types of patients requiring telemetry monitoring
including chest pain, arrhythmias, pacemaker, or defibrillator.
They work with a heart failure navigator. UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis,
EPIC, SBAR UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 hours of orientation SCRUBS: Not
provided Navy INTERNAL NOTES Must pass EKG Testing prior to start
