What We Offer: Surgical Services Float Pool- Enterprise Pre-op & Post op PACU Schedule : Day Shift, PRN Department : Pre-Op Location: Candidate will float to both Charlotte and Winston Salem area hospitals These RN's possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in all facilities within a defined market: Greater Charlotte (GCM) AND Greater Winston Salem (GWSM).This group shall be known as the Super Pool. These RNs are a part of Surgical Services. The specialties within the Surgical Services float pool include: Sterile Processing, Operating Room, Pre-Op/Phase II, and PACU. Remarkable Care. What We're Looking For: Current RN license in NC (or compact state) BLS required; ACLS Bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of Pre-OP and PACU experience Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills What You'll Do: It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
